Zipr Links may communicate with you via email regarding your account, updates, news, and other issues related to your account. You are automatically subscribed to our mailing lists, but you can opt out from receiving emails at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Zipr Links cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even if the content is posted by others who have access to your account).
Should we believe that you are abusing the service, we may temporarily suspend your account and will seek your cooperation in this regard.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse service to any potential client. We have sole discretion on whether to allow you to use the Service.
Copyright and Ownership
Zipr Links or its suppliers own the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service which Zipr Links or its suppliers own.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, commonly referred to as "Force Majeure" events, such as natural disasters, acts of God, technological outages, or other disruptions impacting service delivery, Zipr Links and/or the Zipr deployment site may be unable to fulfil your request or service. In such instances, the decision to provide a refund or offer alternative solutions will be determined at the discretion of the Zipr deployment site, considering the nature of the disruption and the specific circumstances
General Conditions
Your use of the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this Service.
To be able to use the Service, you will need to have a Zipr Links license.
Your account is subject to account limits which can be consulted under “Account & billing”.
Zipr Links reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or temporarily suspend the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Zipr Links shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
All new features that augment or enhance the current Service are subject to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service after any amendments signifies your agreement to the updated Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any changes, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our specific service deployment site or platforms where Zipr products are used for their internal procedures, which may vary depending on specific situations. Refunds for failed transactions are generally processed immediately. However, Some refunds take time due to the bank’s policy and timeline, such refunds are processed again in weekly batches, while others may follow different timelines outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided by our partner or the platform where Zipr Links operates. Fair and Ethical Use
Zipr Links specialise in advanced, efficient systems that streamline operations and enhance visitor experiences. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, Zipr boosts operational efficiency, security and is designed for legitimate ticket booking purposes. Utilising our platform to book tickets through unauthorised means, such as autofills, scraping tools, S2S, or any methods that bypass queues or violate fair booking practices, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or ban any tickets/permits/passes obtained through such methods without prior notice and intimidation to the end-user. Zipr reserves the right to deny entry and/or future bookings to such offenders.
Payment Related Information
Zipr prioritises the security of your financial information. We do not store or retain any payment card details, including credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVVs, or any other sensitive card information. Our platform integrates with secure third-party payment gateways responsible for processing your transactions. These payment gateways may retain your information based on their own privacy policies and legal requirements. It's recommended that you review the privacy policy of the payment gateway you utilise before completing a transaction. Zipr stores the payment reference number to track and provide services to end users and for internal operational purposes
Unintentional/ Incidental Disclosure of Identity
Unintentional/Incidental disclosure of user information can occur in certain situations. Few examples are mentioned below
1) Security/Entry Gate Checks: Zipr cannot assume responsibility for exposure of user identity details at security checkpoints or entry gates of our deployment sites. This is because the security measures and procedures at these locations are ultimately managed by the deployment site itself and cannot be reasonably prevented
2) Public Notices : In certain cases, Zipr reserves the liberty to disclose limited user information, including but not limited to, name and phone number as part of authorised public notices requested by respected government officials. Such requests are fulfilled upon receiving a valid order from government officials, legal warrant, subpoena, medical emergency, and cases where Zipr’s services are affected. Zipr cannot promise any removal, whatsoever, including but not limited to caching or crawling by google bots or similar automated procedures or third party services.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your data, that you submit to the Service. Zipr owns the data relating to resource details, Zipr platform information, logs, access logs, system events logs, or third party information associated directly or indirectly with your data .
You are responsible for compliance of content with any applicable laws or regulations.
We collect personal information to provide and improve our Service, including supporting and processing orders, authentication, and processing payments. We do not claim any rights over end-users' personal information.
When you upload, submit, store, send, or receive content to or through the Service, you give Zipr Links the right to use this content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, monitoring, and improving the Service, and to develop new services. This right continues even if you stop using the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Zipr Links shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
